Lake Country Community Learning Center
Kelowna, BC
Located in Lake Country, this Community Learning Center is a brand new and
desperately needed specialized brain injury facility. The 3 buildings have
a
total of 43 units, boasting features such as amenity rooms and fire places,
making the center very comfortable and homelike.

Lake Star at Tobiano
Kamloops, BC
These beautiful town homes at Tobiano have stunning views of Kamloops lake
and the championship golf course. Ground Source Drilling was selected to
drill the geothermal bore fields for all 40 units.

Sunrivers
Kamloops, BC
Canada's first 100% geothermal community. Ground Source Drilling has been
working with Corix Utlitities at Sun Rivers for over a year now drilling
all
new residential properties built at this beautiful community. Recently, Sun
Rivers announced a $150 million dollar expansion at the Village Center. The
Village Centre includes a vibrant mix of 400 - 450 residential
condominiums,
boutique shops, retail services, professional/office space and community
amenities. Drilling for phase one is already underway.

Salmon
Arm, BC
Each of the 44 units in this development received three
200ft
bore holes. Ground Source Drilling was selected as
one of the drilling companies and the installations were done
by Shushwap Refrigeration. Click on the photo to the left,

Side Court
Sicamous, BC
A 63-unit condo complex built on the Sicamous Channel in Sicamous,
BC. This project required twenty-two thousand feet of vertical
bore hole. Ground Source Drililng
was selected to complete the drilling and Okanagan
Geothermal the installation.

Raven
Big White Ski Resort, Kelowna, BC
This 35 unit luxury condo building required over 15 000ft of vertical
borehole. Ground Source Drilling was selected for the drilling
and Ace Plumbing and Heating completed the installation.

Summerland, BC
With infloor heating for both the main and second floor as well
as a swimming pool this house required 2500ft of vertical borehole.
